「Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she...

「Property is kinda run down...seems like owners trying to improve. TV has very poor service...couldn't watch without continuous buffering. No ice machine. Beds were comfortable. Ppl beside us were fighting...could hear TV from neighbors on the other side as well」

「My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

「Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. 「Location was ideal and many choices of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Hotel is new and extremely clean. TV is very good quality. Breakfast is typical for this type of hotel and free.」
