"This hotel Is outstanding. The situation inside the Castle citeé in breathtaking and safe! Quietly luxurious with amazing staff. The cocktail bar is relaxing with talented bar staff. I enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu in the Michelin restaurant- the service and food were exceptional - sad to leave but I will definitely return in 2026. Merci beaucoup x"

After our train leaving was cancelled due to a strike, they allowed us to come back and store our bags and offered us the room to use, as it had not been cleaned yet. Very comforting to have people like this as our hosts."

"This property is disgusting. From the moment of checking in, it gave me hostel vibes when the TV remote and 2 towels were handed at the front desk, but it only got worse. Booked prepaid through Expedia but the hotel charged my card again and refused to refund despite proof of payment; staff were dismissive ('I can't believe anyone who walks through this door') and the room smelled like a dirty dog. Would not recommend."
