「We arrived in Carcassonne on a beautiful sunny day, the hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located just a very short walk from the city walls. We checked in and Stefan was wonderful, we had issues with our car, he rang a local garage and even got us booked in. Our room was stunning with extremely comfortable bed - we had a room with the hot tub, which was perfect temperature, we ended up staying an extra night while the car was being fixed, which gave us the opportunity to explore the old town...

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「Staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. Air con in the room was great, I enjoyed having a balcony (room 208), the pool area was lovely and breakfast choice was good. A bonus was the use of a water cooler/hot water machine in the corridor. Very close to the castle area.」

「接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。」

「This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.」
