「Lovely clean en-suite room, Patricia was lovely and welcoming.」

「The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room 」

Yo añadiría un centro de cocina eléctrico, ya hay frigorífico, microondas, todo para cocinar, por qué no añadir una placa eléctrica, mejor que cocinar en el microondas. También una cafetera de cualquier tipo. Aparte de eso, gran estancia!」

「DISGUSTING! This review is not exaggerated in the slightest. Im amazed at the condition.of this place and the list of faults seems endless. Sooo.. kitchen is a disgrace. Dirty, very tired, mismatched, no tea bags, no sugar. 1 fork! It was filthy. No problem. I'll clean them. No washing up liquid. Bathroom. Shower head broken. Shower enclosure fitted terribly, doors don't close properly not even a jolder for the broken shower head. Tiles badly repaired with grout just spread over the wall,...

「Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL 」

「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」
