「The hotel was generally nice - but what really made our stay great was a woman whose name I believe was Nilka, who checked us in. We were in a rush to get to a wedding and she got us right in to a wonderful room even though we were a little early for check in. She had a great attitude and truly made our stay wonderful. I really appreciate the hospitality and I would absolutely stay here again. Great views of the river and best value we found in the area」

「I frequently visit Louisville and have found my new favorite hotel! Staff is very friendly, breakfast was better than other hotels I’ve had, and it was nice and quiet. Even our two small dogs adjusted well. Wonderful overnight stay!」

「Interior is modern and has a cool vibe. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, shower is newly renovated and modern. The one thing that I suggest they improve is to make the sausage gravy on the breakfast bar hotter. It was barely luke warm. 😖 Other than that, the place is nice, and a great value! I'd definitely stay here again. 」
