「The hotel was beautifully clean and the staff very attentive. The restaurant was stunning. Our room, whilst clean was rather small. The bed was comfortable and bathroom lovely. The location was great in terms of being able to get to most places of interest on foot easily, but was rather noisy due to trams passing (our room was located at the front of the property). 「Close enough to Amsterdam Zuid station. Many cool designs like self check-in, iPad for room control, and luggage drawer under bed. Unfortunately the room is quite small for two people.」

However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow...
