We stayed for 1 night before crossing out of Rotterdam. We loved our stay here! Warmly greeted immediately by staff. Room was large and charming as pictures. Easy 10 minute walk to cruise terminal in the am.

One of our best hotel experiences. Lots of special touches, including towel warmer and other modern amenities. Close to cruise port. Stunning downtown skyline and water views. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel for a 'good hotel' price.

Good hotel with great service! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. For the price, it's a very nice place, with big rooms. Location is okay, with easy transport links, it's a 5 minute walk to both tram and metro. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Breakfast is quite expensive but it is very high quality so no complaints.

This hotel is slightly off the beaten path for tourists but that’s what made it so great! We felt like locals as we sampled the local restaurants. The canal views were beautiful and everything was spotlessly clean. This boutique stay is far more exquisite than any other hotel. You didn’t come all the way to The Netherlands to stay at a Holiday Inn, did you??

Nice view through huge windows to Rotterdam skyline. A very comfortable bed with well feeling bed linen. Bathroom is very clean, but carpet of main room is not. Shape of furniture appears somewhat used. River View rooms with noisy traffic.

The room was beautiful but there was a lot of areas missed for cleaning. Beside bed , back of big mirror etc. skirting edges all thick with dust. Our first observation was the uncared for front door area and mat which gives a poor impression. Also dirt in door runners on lift floor. Shame as such simple things. We did mention cleaning our room and the rather worn carpet was vacuumed better that day The room now needs decorating as looking tired. Safe not working and couldn't be repaired during our stay which meant we had to carry money passports with us. We booked room with kitchen but only had cutlery and basic tea and coffee making things. If you want crockery etc you have to ask and they will provide which wouldn't be helpful if you arrived late and were expecting at least a plate. It seems rather pointless to have a hotplate and microwave but nothing to use with them. The piece of waste ground used for parking at 25 euros a day could be made a little tidier and perhaps cleared of litter and loose rubble

The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the metro for easy access for day trips. Their breakfast was lovely and the small hotel bar was very cheerful.

Nice boutique hotel

Nice boutique hotel. We weren’t really prepared for the stairs in our room as my wife has walking disability so that could have been communicated better or different room offered but we were only there 2 nights so it was manageable. Otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast was worth the stay.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with high quality amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. They offered more bread than we could eat and they were delicious. We also like how the hotel will plant a tree if we decide to skip room cleaning service for a day.

Lovely boutique hotel

The hotel was great. We stayed in a mezzanine room which was fantastic and a great use of the high ceilings! the bed was super comfy and the bathroom well appointed. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
