Had a pod room and a/c was turned off around 11pm, which meant the room got hot as there was zero ventilation. Could not sleep! It turns on at 6am. Toilets and showers hadn't been cleaned during my stay. Would not recommend a pod room. Staff are lovely and the reception area is open and welcoming.

If you book a Pod you have a 2 single mattress bed, 5 foot up, near the ceiling up a ladder. There is barely any space for 1 person to stand. There is nowhere to sit and I would not stay in a Pod again. There was no kettle in the room and none was available. The communal showers and toilets were clean as was the whole hotel.

Overall, we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, the staff were friendly, and the room felt clean and quite spacious for two people. The shower was comfortable, and the in-room amenities were good quality. Just two minor notes regarding the bed - the mattress was a little too soft for us, and I could occasionally feel the springs while sleeping. The pillows were also more like couch-style pillows, which were not the most comfortable for sleeping. That said, we still enjoyed our two-night stay in Rotterdam. I would happily stay here again if visiting the city and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

De kamer was zoals verwacht bij aankomst. Het was schoon en opgeruimd. Een verbeterpunt zou wel zijn dat er een raam moet komen die open kan. We hadden na het douchen last van de warmte en stoom in de kamer, daardoor was er weinig ventilatie. Een airco was wel aanwezig. Verder een prima verblijf gehad!

Fue la mejor elección para hospedarme. La atención fue excelente por parte de todo el personal, especialmente en el área del bar, donde la joven Alda fue de gran ayuda gracias a que hablaba español. La habitación estaba súper cómoda, limpia y equipada con todas las amenidades. El hotel está ubicado en una zona con muchas tiendas y restaurantes, además de estar muy cerca del transporte; literalmente, todo queda a pocos pasos. Lo recomiendo al 1000%.
