Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. 「Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation.」

「This was my second time staying at the hotel. It was lovely. The staff were great, very friendly. The pool was beautiful but the hot tub was just a small pool this time, the heat and jets weren't working. The bar wasn't open, so we had to go to the lobby for drinks. Otherwise it was still a good stay, had lots of fun, and we were both very relaxed by the end of our stay. Big ups to the staff for dealing with me and my husband 🙏❤️」

「The front reception staff could be more welcoming, more informative. Upon arrival washroom was not working in lobby area, no wifi, sewer problems. On our second day the sewer stunk..on our way to the pool. Pool area, everything dirty, lounge chairs, pool water cold, hot tub area not working. Place looks run down, nothing to do in the resort. We booked a room with 2 double bed, went out..when we came back our bed was wet because the AC water dipped and soaked the mattress. We were move and...
