After a very brief and smooth check-in, he escorted me to my room and ensured that every thing was to my standard and liking. For him alone, I will return every-time. I had no problem whatsoever but my stay was short. Hats off to you Radisson, I'll be seeing you soon. 」

「After being stuck and stranded in the airport due to flight cancellations , this hotel service was prompt, safe, and so accommodating for me and my children. I was amazed at the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the small gestures that really create a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. 「The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. 」
