"Checked in and the initial room we were assigned was not cleaned. The room we were reassigned to, had empty soap containers and the air conditioning was abnormally loud. We tried to get soap refilled but front desk staff was unable to get to it and house keeping told us to go to the desk. Left the sign off the door for room service, did not receive service. We have stayed here before, it just seems like the hotel is going downhill."

"The “refreshed” rooms have poorly installed shower doors. They were literally falling off their brackets. A true hazard as they are glass. Reported to front and they moved us to another “refreshed” room where those shower doors were also not hung properly but not as dangerous as the first room. "

"Broken furniture, used wash cloth left in the room, broken toilet, extremely run down room and other furniture, extremely noisy at 2:30 AM, limited parking after dark, someone had a car alarm go off 11 times in 20 minutes, strong pot smell in the elevator and hallways. Staff was kind. Checked out after one night and canceled the rest of the stay."
