"Great first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. We had a pizza for lunch and evening meal in the Oak room which was delicious. The only thing i was really disappointed in, was how miserable the staff were in the Oak room. There were quite a few of them and felt they just didnt want to be there! No chat and worse of all no smile, a smile really does go a long way, especially when you are working in a high end establishment. "

"This was my 1st time at pearl an I thought it was really welcoming the staff was real nice an helpfull the caravan was really good size loads room so quite on a nite . The swimming was good cold but good entertainment was good loved the music n won on the bingo. Only down fall was Thier was no big sweeping brush or hoover to clean an with me having bad legs it was hard to sweep the floors with the little hand brush an shovel other then that we enjoyed our stay will come back again 😀"

"Clean and tidy room in a serviced house with an en suite shower room. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. Only a short walk from the town centre and a Wetherspoons so really did not need to cook anything. Overall comfortable svd excellent value for money"

"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the cupboard were even dirty the sink had spolt milk in it and a nearly empty mayo i am not exaggerating the smell made me feel sick. There was even a rubber glove hanging from the ceiling im guessing to cover an exposed wire. It took so long to process the refund that i ended up travelling home that evening and didnt get back untll after midnight. It ruined our 1 night stay. He paid me back part of what i payed and i ended up losing £20 as he said he would only give me the money he woild make from it not the fee he pays yourselves!"
