「I was in room one over looking boating lake. It had teas,coffees, glass spoon and cup. Hot water with bath and shower, plenty of fresh towels and floral gel soaps. Comfy bed. Staff helpful and explained about entry and times.」

「One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the...

「Carpet looked about 100 years old. The bath had been painted to cover rust. The noise was horrendous from other guests and also homeless and drug addicts outside. Not to mention opposite the church bells ringing for 3 hours straight. For the price paid its ridiculous and I would definitely not recommend. Ive stayed in far better accommodation for cheaper. Even breakfast would have been an extra 20 pounds. Just disgusting all round and I certainly wouldn't recommend taking children.」

「Bed was really soft and the room was obviously a smoking room at some point as there was that stale old tobacco smell in the room that made getting to sleep difficult」

「According to my son and his mate who had travelled from Oxfordshire for a football match the accommodation was everything that was described. The host was super friendly and even took the boys into Grimsby the next morning after my son had lost his car keys at the match 😩 」

Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again」
