「Never used the bar. The air conditioning was to cold for us both being in our 80s.,so we asked for it to be turned off witch it was and the heating turned up witch it was done straight away to our delight. No other complaints at all. This is the 5th time we have stayed in your hotels never had any complaints. 」

「Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again」
