I didn't like the way the receptionist spoke to me so I booked out a day early.told me to get a drink of water and Go to bed.i was at my daughter's wedding.she had no rights speaking to me or anyone else in that manner 😡

This is by far the best hotel in Grimsby. You can stay here with complete peace of mind, knowing you'll receive excellent service and comfort throughout your stay. For this area, it truly deserves a five-star rating. Highly recommended!

Room was dirty on arrival, pubic hairs in bed, no other rooms were not available, so had to leave and stay elsewhere. The receptionist was lovely but she was on her own could not help in anyway. The website shows lovely clean rooms, but this was not the reality. I have started a claim for a refund but would never book to stay again

There was not much to like and plenty not to like. On arrival we were given the hotels disabled room when we had booked a room with a view of the golf coyrs3 and a balcony - the picture showed two chairs on the balcony. All I had done was ask the hotel if the room had a walk in shower and did not ask to be given a room without balcony etc. We wre then given another room whic( did have a view - basically above a big roof that was a mes# with a golf view beyond but no balcony, We were then given a room with a golf view and a balcony wit( one chair that had a rip in the seat. By now we had run out of tine so couldn’t be bothered to complain again. The worst thing was that the guy on reception had argued with me and said that I had ordered the disabled room and he just would not let it go. I have better things to do when I check into a hotel than to waste time arguing with the reception clerk.

Loved the stay at the hotel overall,room was smaller then seemed in pictures.Staff were super friendly the rooms just had little no character and furniture was but scuffed and some stains to the floor overall stay way nice loved the balcony touch to the rooms.

Lovely large, clean room with a wonderfully comfy king sized bed and a view of the golf course. Lovely shower over the bath Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was great with a good choice of food, freshly cooked to order We've stayed a few times and it's always been a pleasant stay
