「Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Nahe an den Fähren nach Brooklyn, 9/11 Memorial und die Fähren Richtung Staten und Ellis Island sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn und viele Restaurants, Cafés und ein ordentlicher Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist für Manhattan sehr groß, super ausgestattet und hat ordentlich Stauraum. Das Bad ist groß, aber eher einfach. Einziges Manko: Einfachverglasung, wir waren aber zum Glück im 23. Stock, da bekommt man nicht mehr viel vom...

「I had a wonderful stay! Check in/out was efficient, with the option to Room was clean and larger than most you would find in New York. I d I had a minor maintenance issue at the start but the Sonder team was very quick in responding and solving it. 」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「立地も周辺環境も良く、ホテル室内も洗濯機・乾燥機完備だし、キッチンも食器やカトラリーが揃っていたので、食事もテイクアウト中心に過ごせてよかった。が、1点だけ騒音が気になった。周りの工事音、エアーコンディショナーの自動運転や水回りの音などで熟睡しにくかった。」

「I like the easy and secure digital process. 」

「Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each...

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "

"The hotel does not provide free parking. The hotel fee is $202, and the parking fee cost me $110. Don't come if you drive. There is no mobile phone charger. Everything else is good."
