"You cannot beat the location! Steps away to Broadway, several places to shop and eat. Codes at the doors made you feel very safe. We had a great time! There is a loading spot very close that I wished I had noticed before I parked in the garage because it was hard to carry everything even though the garage is only a block away, so take note of that before you park!"

I personally loved the fact that the property staff reached out via text for greetings and to make themselves available for anything. "Loved the size and quality of the aparthotel! Never stayed at a place like that. The price compared to hotels nearby was excellent; great value. My one complaint is a disappointing communication regarding check in. I was told I would receive info prior to 4pm. By 9pm I asked for instructions. Was told I would receive them shortly. Around 10pm I told them again I didn't receive instructions. Finally I got the instructions. The actual check in was easy and smooth once I had the info!"
