「everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!」
「From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable.

「This was a spectacular stay, through and through. Every interaction and experience pleasant. From top to bottom. The best in the biz, so accommodating and helpful and kind. Fell in love with Schenectady as a result. You have to have the coffee at Graham's Coffee Parlor in the main level. Also, be mindful of the work it takes to maintain such a place, and then revel in their vision and the comfort abound. Will be back. Grateful for everything. History lives here. 」
「The Landing Hotel was a first class place to stay after a long day of riding our bikes on the Hudson Mohawk Trail. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Only drawback is that there is limited dining outside the property. It’s right on the trail so this was a great location for us to rest, shower and recharge before continuing our journey. Great job!」
「Very conveniently located. Crossgates is right behind us and the University is just a few minutes away. Great price for a spacious suite. Gave me and my son room to have our own space. Nice front desk staff and great free breakfast. If he chooses SUNY Albany, this will be our go to hotel!」
