"I’ve stayed here many times when attending concerts so I know that the property, breakfast and amenities are great so I want to talk about the staff - one in particular. Sam was on night duty when my inebriated crew came in. He was very accommodating and patient and even called me when 4 credit cards were left in one of our rooms. He went over and beyond with his professionalism and hospitality. He held the cards until I could return (for another concert) later in the week. "

"Koi Pond at the lobby is a wonderful touch and makes this hotel unique. But there are no microwaves in the room and the refrigerator has a note plastered on the front reading: "Caution this cooler is set 55 degrees and will not keep perishable items from spoiling. Please contact the front desk if you require a refrigerator" I'm glad they allowed this room refrigerator to identify itself as a cooler. But the perishables I brought with me still perished."

"Hotel needs updating. Years ago hotel was e exceptional, hotel has excellent location but should provide discounted breakfast and free or greatly reduced parking. The hotel has lost the power to enforce parking privileges to customers. Touch ups needs around the edges all over the hotel. Furniture needs to be deep cleaned or removed. "

"Everything was awesome. From the vallet parking guys to front desk ladies. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Not one problem. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Definitely will stay again"
