「Best hotel experience we have probably ever had. The front desk lady (I forgot to get her name) but she made all the difference and was so helpful and kind. Breakfast staff were also so nice and the breakfast was amazing. 10/10 and will definitely be back!!!」

「Staff was friendly when I checked in. I don’t necessarily stay at hotels to watch TV but background noise is nice. The TV did not work and they said they couldn’t fix it until Monday. I was told checkout time was at noon which I thought was great since I was only staying 1 night and could sleep in. Twice the cleaning person tried to come in the room while I was still sleeping. So much for sleeping in. You would think that if someone was only staying 1 night, you would wait until the checked out...

「The rooms of the hotel are run down, smell bad, and not properly cleaned. The shower was filthy and had a lot of the previous guests hair all over. I would not recommend it to anyone. We had to sleep with the window open all night because the room smelled so bad, and even with the window open we couldn’t get relief from the stench. The pillows are as hard as a rock and worn out. Overall one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had.」

「As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many...
