We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton. The staff was friendly and very helpful from check-in to check -out. Really liked the included delicious breakfast and the ability to dine in at night for a reasonable price. The pool and spa was an extra bonus. The rooms are very clean and roomy. It will be our destination to stay when we're in the area again. Thank you for helping make our stay so memorable. Silvia M

This was an amazing hotel. Friendly staff, free parking, shuttle. It is close to airport.

The bed was great, quiet, nice and clean room. The breakfast sausage taste like dry dirt. The check in girl was I guess in training which left us walking to our room with heavy luggage only to find our key wouldn’t work.

While it was under construction for renovations, our room was clean and very comfortable as we have come to expect from all Hampton Inns.

Everything from the check-in to check-out was great. Service was wonderful, the kids had a fun time at the book, breakfast was delicious and my husband enjoyed the gym! Would stay here again.

I was quoted one price and at check out I was over charged. They will not honor the previous price I was given even though I have the receipt. It was extremely noisy until 2/3am with party next door and the front desk did nothing.

When I checked in at 11 PM, I specifically asked about the shuttle service to the airport was told that they started at 3:30 AM which worked out great since our flight was at 6:50 AM. We got up, went down to the desk to grab the shuttle by 430 and was told that we had to have booked it prior. That was not told to me when I checked in so you can imagine my frustration when I possibly was not going to have a shuttle to the airport in time for my flight.

Because we were going to a concert and coming from another state, timing to check in didn’t allow us to get to our room first. The front desk was GREAT and allowed us to leave our bags before returning at 11:00 pm to check in! Didn’t have to worry about parking downtown with our bags in the car.

This is a classy Hampton Inn. Rooms have been recently renovated and are an improvement on rooms that were already quite nice. The breakfast is always good. And the common spaces are exceptional. Easy access to downtown and the airport.

I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived, as the pictures I think made it look a bit dated. We had a very nice family room with 2 sleeping areas separated by a door. The fact that they even off this is amazing. It was very clean and well taken care of. VERY roomy. The staff was so lovely and you really can't beat the 24 hour shuttle to and from the Casino! It was SO quick to get downtown as well. It was a short drive to everywhere you might need. We would definitely stay again! Oh the only thing was that the breakfast was a bit lacking. The poppyseed scones were SO GOOD surprisingly... but no biscuits and gravy or anything like that. Just pretty plain.
