「Good selection at breakfast」

「房間清爽乾淨，早餐品項不多，但足夠，用餐環境也佳，大廳提供24小時隨時可取用的咖啡和茶，離UND 很近，到Columbia mall 也不遠，第一次到grand forks，印象很好……」

「Overall clean room. However lot's of little things made for a more negative stay. Right off from check in the hot tubs are down, room had signs of wear, scratched furniture and stains on carpet, Kleenex out and no fan in bathroom so took awhile for the mirror to clear. Someone in another room played load music until after10:00. On the plus side the breakfast was good.」

「I pre - booked a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi for 2 nights, showed up to pay for the room and they said that the only room available was a room with 2 queens. They said the room I booked was under construction so this was the only other option. They refused to give me a refund or a better deal even tho they clearly screwed up and hadn't let me know before hand of the change. The entire hotel was under construction and the pool and breakfast area weren't available. They could've at least...

「Good place. A bit short on breakfast supplies but I never expect too much in this regard.」

「My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day. The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. 」

「Lots of options for breakfast, although there was no fruit and the eggs weren’t fully real. Our hotel carpet was damp and needed a dehumidifier in the room as it smelled musky and there was food left in fridge from previous people that wasn’t cleaned out, but as soon as I notified the front desk they were most apologetic and came to clean it right away and was adamant to do something about a discount on the room.
