「Overall clean room. However lot's of little things made for a more negative stay. Right off from check in the hot tubs are down, room had signs of wear, scratched furniture and stains on carpet, Kleenex out and no fan in bathroom so took awhile for the mirror to clear. Someone in another room played load music until after10:00. On the plus side the breakfast was good.」

「We only stayed one night here, but the room we were in was very recently renovated and was amazing!」

「Would stay there again. The waterpark is fabulous and our main reason for going. The breakfast menu had lots of options and the breakfasts were delicious. Could use some updates in the rooms」

「slamming doors at 2 am. someone lighting fireworks off right outside the door at 3 am. while I understand the police were called and it was not directly related to roadway... it made for a terrible night of sleep. Hot tub and pool area were very clean. room was clean. was just a terrible night sleep which affected my stay. Don't know if I'd stay there again or not.」

「I pre - booked a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi for 2 nights, showed up to pay for the room and they said that the only room available was a room with 2 queens. They said the room I booked was under construction so this was the only other option. They refused to give me a refund or a better deal even tho they clearly screwed up and hadn't let me know before hand of the change. The entire hotel was under construction and the pool and breakfast area weren't available. They could've at least...

「Lots of options for breakfast, although there was no fruit and the eggs weren’t fully real. Our hotel carpet was damp and needed a dehumidifier in the room as it smelled musky and there was food left in fridge from previous people that wasn’t cleaned out, but as soon as I notified the front desk they were most apologetic and came to clean it right away and was adamant to do something about a discount on the room. Otherwise things were clean. Heard the people above us walking around a lot at...

「This is a boutique property right in town. It is close to restaurants, has its own "coffee bar" and restaurant, both of which are good. Staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed the bikes and the gym and had a lovely cocktail in the lobby each day. Thank you.」
