Stayed one night. Needed bedding for the hide-a-bed. Staff was polite, helpful, quick. Took my grand daughter down for breakfast. She is one. Good options. Was hot and good options . Stayed here before. Would stay again.
great large room and very clean. The room we stayed in looked almost brand new and didnt have a smell like most hotels do due to high volume. The amenities were offered to us even at 11:47pm and breakfast was complete without a hold up in any of the stations. Check out was a breeze and staff was happy to be there. I really wish I lived closer to stay more but unfortunately was a one-time visit. Thank you again!
During our stays, this hotel is in the middle of upgrading/renovation. The rooms are new, carpet is new, breakfast area is spacious, both regular and hot tub pools are working and the hotel is located to many different restaurants and Walmart and Target and other shopping malls.
There is remodeling being done was the reason for a couple 4 stars. What they have done is really, really nice. We have stayed at this site previously. A few of the big pluses is the bathroom is so bright (showing too many of my wrinkles!) and extra outlets. Shower stall is nice. The room has a lot of extra lights for reading or doing knitting that like to do on trip. Comfortable couch and leg rest. We will be back.
Stayed here while visiting our Daughter at UND. First impressions from parking lot were not great it looked a bit dumpy but I was pleasantly surprised.
Hotel was clean and for the most part quiet.
My fan didn’t run as I wanted it to in the room.
I was getting ready the next morning to have a hotel worker knocking on doors at 9am (he couldn’t speak English nor tell me what he needed) but I later realized they were checking to see if guests were gone so they could clean. I didn’t appreciate this - I was staying on my own as my husband was not able to make this trip. Check out was not until 11am & I didn’t feel safest when someone was knocking at door at 9am
Can they not wait until actual check out time?
The hotel was not busy so I didn’t understand urgency to clean.
I would stay here again.
The property was recently renovated so most of the interior spaces presented very well. They chose high quality finishes and gave thought to the layout in the rooms. Everything was freshly painted in crisp white with modern accents in the wall finish and decor such as the lamps and arm chairs. The rooms were given lots of outlets and the center night stand was equipped with a charging station and handy bedside lighting with various lighting options. There was a coffee station with a microwave and fridge in a separate compact 2 tier unit. The closet was minimal but held enough open storage that gave the room a more spatial feeling. The entire room was pleasant, clean and more spacious than the standard hotel room. The staff was attentive and accommodating to our request for a third floor room. The breakfast area was large, clean and well stocked. The food options were good but did not exceed our expectations. The outside was painted but the exterior landscape and parking felt unfinished. Overall it was a very good option and highly recommended.
Hotel had some renovations going on we had blue tape hanging in multiple spots in our room and the air conditioner made some really weird loud noises at times.

Facility was under construction. Will be nice when done.
I’m sure it’ll be nice, but it’d be good to know it’s under construction when booking. The rooms had pretty bad paint fumes or an odor of sorts that was very unpleasant. The AC unit was very loud as well. I did leave a day early because the smell was overwhelming and gave me a headache after being in there too long.
