"Disappointing stay at Sandman Hotel. Requested a lower floor multiple times due to my child’s difficulty with elevators—no response and was told it wasn’t possible. We were placed on the 12th floor and only moved to the 5th after insisting at check-in. Hotel advertises being family-friendly but showed little understanding for sensory needs. We even had to clean our own room after requesting housekeeping. Raised concerns at check-out, but nothing was done. Customer service needs serious improvement."

"I do not recommend staying at this establishment. We went to check-in an hour after check in they told us our room wasn’t ready. Then when we try to get a refund and book a new room he lied to Expedia that the room was ready. He said we couldn’t get a refund because their policies but, also says check in is at three and wouldn’t let us in. He also tried to make us pay again when we got there even though we paid through Expedia. The motel does not look like the pictures online and the staff is very unprofessional. Please consider this review and read the other reviews do not book here. "

"The room had dirty carpet smell like smelly feet and sheet were old. Hot tub wasn't clean. Pool was very cool."

"Underground parking was sold out when we arrived, so we had to park on the street. Fortunately, it was the weekend so the 2 hour limit didn't apply."

"First time staying here. It was very nice and reasonably comfortable. Never met any staff which was a first for me but access was fine. The bed was a very soft; too soft for my liking but I slept fine thankfully. The fireplace in the room was great and the bathroom and shower were perfect. Parking was a bit challenging at times but thankfully it worked out. One of the spots was taken up by a truck that was being worked on which made an already challenging situation for parking more so. It was nice being close to where I needed to go so that was great and one of the reasons I chose this location. Overall, things were good."
