Location is great -- close to Foothills Hospital and the university. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was looking tired and could use a reno/update.

The staff was very nice but the breakfast wasn't that good and the rooms were a little run down. The paint and hardware was pretty grungy and the price was hiked up for the events going on so I wouldn't pay that much again for just one night

It was good stay. We would come back. Breakfast was decent but coffee was a little scarce; they could use another decanter. I like the location and the front desk staff and house keepers were excellent.

Good property. Breakfast was also good. Transportation wise convenient and staff was also good. But I have not received daily room cleaning service so I had to request them. Wash Basin was kind of clogged because water was draining very slow. And some kind of pest control smell was also coming from some corner of carpets on each floor. Overall Average good experience .

The room was quiet and clean. The room's office chair needs work. The chairs breakfast room and lobby need cleaning... they look bad. The lobby is small and the air is full of moisture and chlorine from the pool. I had the "do not disturb" out one day but besides that the room cleaning was missed twice. The hotel location was very good with easy access to the train. The near by restaurants were good to excellent.

Things in the hotel were very worn and beat up. Mirrors were filthy and bathroom vent was very dirty. Office chair in the room was very worn. The cost of the stay was just far too mu CB for the room and hotel.

When we checked in and got our keys we went to the room, I opened the door and didn't really pay attention but my son and dad said the room smelled and they my son saw what looked like dog poop right by the door. I went to use the phone and it didn't work. So I went downstairs and told them and they said so sorry, it really didn't feel like they wanted to give us a different room (they also said it probably wasn't dog poop but kids playing a prank. It sure looked like it!!) but we got another room. It was better but there was no TV remote and a dirty sock was found under the bed. I asked for a discounted rate but because I booked through expedia they wouldn't do anything. I will not stay there again.

Disappointed with the service. I called 3 times, talked to front desk 3 times. I forgot a belonging in my room when I checked out (5:00am), called before room service had cleaned my room(right away after check out, before 9:30am) asking them to hold my item. Was told they would not send, even on my dime, and that is was probably not going to be found. I told the desk exactly where it was and met with "we will get in touch IF we find it".. never received a call back from either 3 of my phone calls. Not impressed.
