Our Front Desk greeter, Margaret, was absolutely amazing! Best greeting I've ever had at a hotel! She was super friendly and seems to have the ability to read guest quite well to make then feel completely comfortable. And "at home." Property is well maintained and the the rooms were very clean and comfortable. A 10/10 !

the room was clean and modernized except for the bathroom. The staff was friendly and ok. The elevator to the fifth floor wasnt working so you had to take stairs to the fourth floor to go down that was definately an inconvience and wasnt told when you checked in found out when we tried to go downstairs.

The room: The room was spacious and had an iron, a fridge, a TV, and a coffee machine, which was excellent. The bed was king-size. We stayed in room 514, and at least in our room, the mattress was not in good condition, as it was sunken in the middle, creating a V shape. It did not allow me to rest well, as I kept waking up with a sore back. The breakfast: There are fruits, cereals, boiled eggs, muffins, crepes, juice, and coffee. It is not a full continental breakfast, but you can bring your own cheese, ham, tomatoes, or other food to complement it. The amenities: The fitness room is tiny, with only a few cardio machines. The pool and spa are nice, especially when the weather is cold outside. Overall: Considering that this is one of the most affordable hotels in the city, I give it a good rating.
