"Great location! Especially if you want to explore the city by walking. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. There was a nice outside seating area where you can enjoy coffee or hot chocolate, which was complimentary from the hotel. It is a charming hotel!"

"The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. I got very sick in the middle of the night and had to go to the ER and the night staff was very helpful and supportive and called me a taxi. Breakfast was fine. The machine actually makes a very good coffee and the buffet had everything. Juice was fresh squeezed. "

I have zero idea how this hotel ever got a 4 star rating. The rooms were clean, comfy and equipped as advertised and the continental breakfast was plentiful."
