"Road to it is odd, behind gas station. Entrance to bldg is difficult to wheel things in as it's not an automatic door and heavy to hold open. Can't imagine a wheelchair person getting through it alone. Nice snack and drink selection including beer. Hotel smells nice like laundry, newer carpet in halls and room, helpful desk staff, clean. Hard to roll suitcases on carpet in hall and room. Nice view of racetrack across road. Nice cozy large room with nice furniture other than it's cloth and therefore stained... Provided good Dove brand soap and shampoo. Upper floor windows open, but no screens. High king beds for short people. Breakfast included eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles etc, no yogurt. Coffee wasn't great. But overall a nice hotel and we would stay here again. "

"Clean, quiet, convenient, breakfast. Only minor aggravation is the Direct TV took about 5 or more minutes to setup after you turned it on before you could watch anything. "

This was so easy (1-story, outside room parking) and clean, stocked with Dove lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner), makeup remove wipe,room was nice and cool and there was a complimentary breakfast! It is across the street from The Arc Encounter and cheaper than surrounding hotel chains. "
