「We liked the location of property. The Staff were friendly, room was clean. The only and major problem was noise/sound from adjoining room. We had difficulty sleeping as we could hear people snoring in the next room, and hear washroom water flow from the room above. That’s the reason for 3 star」

「Clean, pool, fitness center and breakfast were good. Room had a very awkward layout with loud spring bathroom door at foot of beds and was tinted, when family member went to bathroom in night it was noisy and bright in the room!」

「I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. 「Rooms on bottom floor get to listen to the click clack of wheels across tile. Laundry room is located in the middle of rooms and cleaning staff is very loud. NOT conducive to rest. Continental breakfast is a joke and coffee is WEAK. 」
