"They are horrible surfaces, The pools need to be resurfaced. The towels weren't available, was told "we are working on it," this was the response for hours and hours. The employee was to work on the slide was told "he didn't come in" and when asked and they said "don't have the key to open the slide, No Manager to get the key out of the safe". Finally opened the slide, it was a long wait for those waiting for it to open. A member couldn't get in her locker and was told there was "no manager to help her". My husband helped her to get in the locker to get her items."

"We booked this hotel so our granddaughters could swim. We always bring snacks into the pool area. However, a staff member came in, and very rudely said, “ hey food isn’t allowed in here!” There isn’t a sign on the pool door nor any sign inside the pool area. We are frequent travelers and we always clean up after. Sadly we will not be return guests "
