"We booked this hotel so our granddaughters could swim. We always bring snacks into the pool area. However, a staff member came in, and very rudely said, “ hey food isn’t allowed in here!” There isn’t a sign on the pool door nor any sign inside the pool area. We are frequent travelers and we always clean up after. Sadly we will not be return guests "

"They had a full house for our stay. The heaters in our rooms were not hooked up with open electric boxes behind the curtains. Dining was a challenge. We sat for an hour and a half the first morning during breakfast and were completely ignored the second morning untilbwe caught the attention of a hostest that ended up being our server, her 1st table she has ever served.
