「Room was acceptable not exceptional. Water pressure in the shower was adequate. Bathroom door would open on its own unless latched with the hook and eye. Not much horizontal surface space 」

「Whoever worked the evening of 4/26 was the sweetest lady. She handled an impatient/rude customer right before me with grace and class, and then was super helpful getting my niece and I checked in. She was really advertising those fresh backed cookies too- which I am always a fan of. But kudos to her. Five stars.」

「We have stayed here twice now, and consider this to be good value. We travel with our dog. My only real complaint is that the grounds around the hotel are littered with dog poop that inconsiderate and irresponsible dog owners haven't had the decency to clean up. The hotel should put some effort into addressing this negative. Maybe outside cameras combined with a small damage deposit, would encourage poop cleanup by dog owners.」

「The staff was amazing. The fact that the outdoor pool was heated was a big surprise. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The window treatments need replaced. Wasn’t able to open the windows and there are two sets of curtains that are in rough shape.」
