We booked the cabin with no water. So just be aware of what you’re booking. Bathroom was super short 20’ or so so not a big deal for us. We stay with our 3 kids. Had horses to go pat close by. Nice setup. They do a lot of weddings here. We will be back.

Our stay at Sugar Loaf Lodge and Cabins was an unforgettable part of our road trip. The setting was absolutely stunning—peaceful, surrounded by snow-dusted woods, and the kind of cozy, rustic charm that makes you instantly feel relaxed. The cabin was clean, warm, and welcoming after a long day of driving through Glacier National Park. We even woke up to snow, which made the whole place feel magical. A perfect mountain retreat that we’ll be recommending to friends and family. Hope to be back someday!

I loved that it was off grid. My son and i stayed the night and left real early to go ice fishing. Real easy check out.

Cabin in the woods
This was an amazing location in the middle of the woods. A great place to unplug. The cabin was comfortable (especially the beds). And while it was a dry cabin (which was not clear when I booked it), the bathroom was not far at all. We really enjoyed playing pool in the main lodge and walking around the beautiful property.

Off the grid
Perfect off the grid get away. Comfortably rustic. Read the cabin descriptions! I almost ended up in a cabin without indoor plumbing! That would have been a little more rustic than I had bargained for.

Rustic but comfortable.
The cabin is rustic and very comfortable. My only issue was the lack of outlets in the sleeping area. I use a CPAP and was not able to use it at this property. The separate bath house had a strong cat urine smell, but it is in a nature filled area. The beds were very comfortable and the area extremely quiet.

Wonderfully quiet retreat. Just be aware that some of the cabins share a bathroom that is down a gravel path 50' or so, and that they don't have running water in the sleeping area/kitchen. That said, they do provide water in a huge thermos with a spigot, and the kitchenette is fully equipped. There are board games and a gas fireplace indoors, and table and chairs outside where you can hear the horses nickering while you enjoy the lovely surroundings. Highly recommended!
It was a really lovely place, only draw back is we never got to go into the main office area to check out anything. The door was locked and no answer when we knocked.
We stayed in the family cabin. It was truly delightful. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the location was beautiful. We loved that they were pet people and had no problems having our 2 dogs with us. I wanted to stay longer!
