"When we arrived the hallway outside the room smelled of mould, our room, a non-smoking room smelled of smoke and the bathroom smelled of urine. The toilet had a dark yellow/brown ring around the inside of the toilet bowl. And when I tried to log onto the free WiFi it was not working.
