"Staff was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. I did not realize we would be in a building not attached to the hotel. So when the kids wanted to swim, we had to walk (in the cold & rain) to and from the main building to get to the pool. Same with breakfast."

"Apparently they don't use Expedia and I had to pay more than what was posted and reserved. Then he informs me that the only room he had the heat is broken. Offered to give me a heater...a small one at that.. accepted the offer went in the room....tv doesn't work and the water doesn't work either. And to top things off he required a deposit. I ended up requesting a refund and couldn't get another room elsewhere because the return wasn't immediate"
