「I stayed at this motel from Tuesday -Sunday. My bed wasn't made from Wednesday on, trash not removed from the room, used towels left on the floor. I had to do some cleaning when I arrived. On check out day, I spoke with the owner/manager, she stated we clean the rooms every other day and her staff told her that I refuse to have my room cleaned. I asked her why would I taken pictures if that was my request. Dirty diaper was on the outside of someone's room when I checked in and when I returned...

「Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.」

「still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
