「Great staff」

「The front desk was very friendly and patient, the room was clean and quiet, parking was convenient, a great hotel!」

「I normally have no problem. This time dirty towels, looked off white . Double beds with only one bath towel. Fire alarm going off until mgmt. came to change batteries, breakfast was scarce and did not look presentable, can improve on that. I did get some of refund back for some of my stay. 」

「Room service is good.Staff are nice and helpful. The only thing needs to be changed is the sofa.」

「Always enjoy the bed & pillows. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn’t so good. The fruit was old, the juices watered down and the eggs on the soggy side. Otherwise is was a decent stay. 」

「One of my favorite places to stay when I go to Tallahassee. This trip I just used the hotel & room to sleep. My room was the “suite” and the separate living area was nice with both a chair & sofa. Spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. 」

「Parking was safe and easy. The weekend breakfast buffet far exceeded the weekday one, which was predominantly vending-machine fair and barely edible. Staff members were friendly and helpful, although it's disappointing that no cleaning of the room or replacement of towels/washcloths took place. We asked for the latter at the desk, where they were handed to us. The floors and carpeting were filthy! Apparently seldom vacuumed, and evidently never steam-cleaned.」

「The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Rooms all smell like mildew. The tile was falling off. Can see where mold is growing behind shower walls. Looks like they tried to reduce electric bill by shutting off air conditioning and in Florida, mold and mildew took over. We have stayed here multiple times and the property Has gone down hill this last year. 」
