「EJ at the concierge was very helpful , making sure that our stay at the hotel is convenient and comfortable . Plus the mountain view is breathtaking , the room and bathroom is nice and clean . Definitely would like to come back and stay at the same hotel again.」
「Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!」
「Loved the rooms and there were some snacks and water provided which was great for pre and post hikes. The spa was amazing, we liked to go at the end of the day to unwind. I was very surprised at how quiet it was in the rooms. I was worried that because it’s an old building we’d hear everything, but that was not the case. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept amazing!」
