「This is not a fancy place at all, but what it does do, it does very well. The shower is great, the rooms are very clean and seem well insulated, and the bed is comfortable. We'd see the owner out sweeping and tidying things up. They care. It is very conveniently located to leave your car and walk to downtown or the campus. There is no breakfast service, but breakfast is easy to walk to. Natural Groceries is right across the street, and a coffee shop is adjacent. 」

「The check-in and checkout procedure was quick and easy. The photos of the room displayed on Expedia do not match what the room actually looks like. You get what you pay for. Linens were fine. Mold under the restroom sink. Fridge and microwave were a plus. Parking was fine but be wary if you have more than 1 car, they do not track cars parked in the lot. Heater works. Walkable distance to downtown and plenty of food options walking as well. Gas station across the street. No problem with next door...
