「本来定的是一张大床房。晚上十二点多进去办理入住却给我两张单人床的房间。找客服更换却不让我换。还说你可以不住 。真是令人失望的一次经历。」

「前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice」

「LOCATION IS FANTASTIC. You sit right next to I95 with perfect North/South access. Everything you need to live is in your room, with cathedral (25ft high) ceilings that make you feel calm. Although the brief weather storm actually knocked out the cable tv channels for 3 days; The parking, cleanliness + proximity to all the necessary stores and restaurants make this place the one to pick.」

「I booked the hotel on Expedia on Aug 3, but the lady at the front desk refused to let me check in, just yelling at me NO ROOM, NO RESERVATION. So far, Expedia and the hotel have refused to refund the money. Such a terrible experience!」
