「The room was fine nothing special but the check in after 9pm was terrible! They use a virtual assistant on a kiosk that was very glitchy! On top of that she came me a key to a room that was already occupied!」

「Was asked at check-in if we had pets, and I said no; but then the lady checking us in (strangely) put us in a room that had an overwhelming pet odor as soon as we walked in the door. After requesting another room, they then upgraded us to one with a kitchenette that didn’t smell like dog, so it kind of evened out. Didn’t sleep too well due partly to some some early morning street noise (garbage truck) and early risers upstairs. Room was clean but had a somewhat sterile feel, as another review...
