"The property is near restaurants and shopping. It is on a busy corner. The one thing noted is walking up the stairs it is obvious the cleaning staff do not clean the carpeted stairs often as there was a lot of noted debri on them. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Though there was a refrigerator in the room it was not turned on and no switch could be seen in or dial could be found to turn the refrigerator on. It appeared to be plugged in. "

"The check-in process was very fast and easy. She was very kind and efficient. The room itself has been updated with new floors and bathroom. The linens were old, but clean. The bed was fairly comfortable and I slept pretty well in it. I'm very picky about my bed and so this was actually a good thing! The breakfast itself is not much. Don't expect anything special. For an inexpensive place to rest my head for the night, it fit the bill just perfectly. "

"The GM Esmeralda really helped me out when I was stuck waiting for my car to get fixed. Every day I didn't know if I needed to be there the next or not. I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times but didn't have to switch rooms or hotels even though I booked online. I really appreciate her making an otherwise chaotic trip smooth so far as the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was nice. "
