「1. The carpet in the room is not clean. 2. We stay 2 nights and the housekeeping did not offer amenities for 2nd night. 3. The choice of breakfast is not enough.」

「The room was clean, and when I requested an handicap accessible room I was told the only way they have to make a room handicapped accessible is to put a lift on the toilet seat. There were no hand bars in the bathroom. The tub shower combo didn't have hand bars either. The flooring was also slippery. The elderly person with us had a difficult time walking on it to use the restroom at night. Also, the only chairs in the room were two dining table chairs. Definitely not the easy chairs...

「Very nice place, BUT: The major issue is the completely not equipped kitchen. Yes there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave. Not one glass, cup, plate, bowl, spoon, knife, fork, pot or pan. Yes a sink in kitchen, but no dish detergent, drying rack etc etc. In other words, a kitchen, no way to use it.」
