「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...

「Great place to stay. We went up north, and stayed one night. Very nice staff. We came back south again, and liked our stay the first time so we booked again for another night. The lady was so nice to come to the car since my mom had to show ID, and her foot was hurting. Everything was clean, and breakfast was great. Thank you for the great stay! Highly recommend this place! Even our balcony view was amazing…beautiful to see the river from your balcony!」
