「My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Suite 4 nights. The front desk clerks, when they were there, which wasn't often, were nice and tried to assist. We had no maid service. No one brought clean towels or picked up trash. We asked a lady at front desk and she reported 3 maids quit. She did give us towels and picked up used towels and trash we had placed in the hall one time. One day there was a maid cart with supplies in the hall so patrons could take care of themselves. 「We were VERY disappointed the pool wasn’t open ……because the health department had shut them down. We should have been informed before we booked this hotel. Upon checking out, I asked for a discount, because an indoor pool was important when deciding where to stay. The man at the desk said we would have to talk to the manager. I asked for the manager….the answer was “ The manager isn’t here”. Why tell me to talk to the manager if there wasn’t one. Needless to say, no discount for not...

「Breakfast was the best part of the stay. I read the reviews before booking the room. The reviews I read about the noise were accurate. Stayed on first floor and could hear every step the people above us made. Sounded like a giant waking across the floor. If you don’t mind noise then you won’t mind staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful.」
