「This site was nothing like the description, photos, or previous reviews. When we first arrived, there was not one other person there and there was a sign at the counter for us to call a number to be able to check in because no one was at the desk. Once someone finally showed, they were very nice but a bit short. We couldn't get into our room, so after walking from one end of the hotel to another we were handed the same key that STILL didn't work. The front desk person finally came out and let us...

「It was not walking distance to venue as stated. Kinda sketchy side of town, but people were great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast bar was really lacking. 」

「Parking was a little bit out of the way. But I guess we enjoyed the walk. It was a little bit more so when it was raining because we were loading up our car. Disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room because we ate at the restaurant and would’ve liked to warm up our food.」

「The property itself as a whole was just ok but one of the staff members was really rude & dismissive for no reason. My room was on the Legends side that was supposed to be updated but it needed more. The refrigerator was located in the bathroom & I've NEVER seen that before. The casino games were the best part even though I didn't win. Also I understand that this property once had a buffet so why get rid of it? Buffet's are part of the reason I go to casinos. BRING IT BACK!」
