"This hotel has a great location that is quiet and private. The staff is very professional and courteous. Check in and out was fast and easy, knowledgeable staff. The room was spacious, clean and updated. Room service staff is very professional and courteous. I look forward to staying at this location again and would recommend to others."

"If you have a very early flight out of the Burbank airport, this is a great place to stay. The happy hour was lovely. The greeting we got at the front desk by Helena was so warm and friendly. It’s very walkable to a lot of restaurants and fun shops. The room was spacious. Though the hotel may be a bit outdated, it was clean and and a great location. We were on the 19th floor and could hear the city noise from inside the room, but we’re probably more sensitive to that than others since we live in a very quiet little town."

"Stayed in the section known as the tower, and it’s not as new or pretty as the main building but still over all a very nice stay. The hallways didn’t have AC but the room did and that was all that matters for a mid-August stay."
