"Hello. Our room was large and clean, and the view was lovely (the view of the harbor would have been even better had the construction of the pool area not been in view.) The door handle of the refrigerator was missing a screw so opening the appliance was difficult. Navigating the television menu and accessing room service online was a nightmare - it was impossible to order food online and access Netflix. Guests ought to be able to access room service online through the hotel in service television network. The parking lot was dark - it can use more lighting especially at night. The breakfast buffet offered at Sally's by the Harbor is expensive - patrons should have the option to purchasing breakfast items à la carte instead of $50 per guest for breakfast."

"Comfortable room. Good location (close to LAX airport). Good airport shuttle service - to and from the airport. Hit or miss in terms of help with luggage from the shuttle driver (please don't forget to show/give gratuity). The heated swimming pool was fantastic and I like that it remains open till 10 pm. The pool side cabanas were great too. I also used the gym - it is open 24 hours and so since I was jet lagged and awake at 3am - working out at that hour helped me get tired for bed."

"Room was very clean and staff were great. Food at the restaurant was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue for me was there was not enough coffee in the room For guests. We rise early and like a couple of cups before we get up and start moving. There were only 2 coffee pods available and very little powder creamer."
