「When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. 「We loved the unit! Spacious, clean, multiple bathrooms, very comfortable beds, private balcony. Our only issue was checking in, we couldn’t figure out where it was and the check in space parking area is very small, but we were able to get into the gated area very easily. Also the kids had issues setting up their gaming to the tvs. Outside of that, would definitely recommend.」

「The place was spotless. Clean, quiet. Only thing was the first night, we had difficulties sleeping. The bed was uncomfortable. We we sinking in. We didn't check the bed out until the next morning. The box spring was placed the wrong side up. We managed to fix the problem ourselves. We did contact customer service to let them know. 」
