「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if...

「Room was clean, ready on time. Staff were very helpful for all my questions. Easy location to get to and very easy to get to anything from there. Breakfast was ok not great but good enough.」

「Excellent place to stay. Cute cabin perfect for what we needed. Camp fire hot tub perfect. Heating and AC fan and fridge in room plus coffee maker. Could rent bikes there too. Loved our stay there.」
