Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. 「We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa! We were traveling with our family of five on our way to Panama City Beach and needed a comfortable place to stop for the night. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading us from a Junior Suite to a Hospitality Suite, which made such a difference for our family.
